The Whitesboro Bearcats basketball team scored 2 points and held the host Howe Bulldogs to 0 in the Bearcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bearcats now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Era for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 7. Whitesboro will battle a Hornets team coming off a 60-56 non-league loss to Wolfe City (Wolfe City, TX). The Hornets record now stands at 7-3.
The Bulldogs (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Collinsville (Collinsville, TX). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Collinsville nudged Ector (Ector, TX), 37-31, in a non-league contest.
