The Beacon Academy Trailblazers basketball team scored 57 points and held the host Waldorf Thunder to 17 in the Trailblazers league triumph on Monday.

The Trailblazers now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host British International School of Chicago for a Lakeshore contest on Monday, December 11. Beacon Academy will meet a team coming off a 55-43 league win over Cruz (Chicago, IL). The record now stands at 2-1.

The Thunder (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park (Chicago, IL). The Hawks enter the Lakeshore contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park was routed by Lycee Francais de Chicago (Chicago, IL), 44-38, in a league contest.
