Louisiana High School Basketball - Booker T. Washington can't hold off Warren Easton

The Warren Easton Fighting Eagles basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Booker T. Washington Lions to 50 in the Fighting Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

The Fighting Eagles now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Jefferson for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 5. Warren Easton will battle a Warriors team coming off a 72-37 non-league win over West St. John (Edgard, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-6.

The Lions (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against King Charter (New Orleans, LA). The Jaguar enter the non-league contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, King Charter was nudged by John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA), 63-50, in a non-league contest.
