With the win, Brazosport Christian upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Eagles host Divine Savior Academy - Sienna (Missouri City, TX) to clash with the Rays in a TAPPS 1A District 8 bout on Thursday, December 7. The Rays go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Divine Savior Academy - Sienna won 70-49 in their recent league bout against Family Christian (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Lions confront the Second Baptist University-Model Eagles (Houston, TX) in a TAPPS 1A District 8 challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Living Stones Christian will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 65-42 league win over Baytown Christian (Baytown, TX).
