Mica Mountain Thunderbolts (Tucson, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Flowing Wells Caballeros (Tucson, AZ), 70-33 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mica Mountain upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Thunderbolts host Cholla (Tucson, AZ) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Cholla won 64-19 in their recent non-league bout against Metro Tech (Phoenix, AZ)

Next up, the Caballeros play the Walden Grove Red Wolves (Sahuarita, AZ) in a bout, on Thursday, December 7. Flowing Wells will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Red Wolves go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 58-49 non-league loss to Empire (Tucson, AZ).
