The Wethersfield Flying Geese ran past the host Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes basketball team by a final score of 60-50 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Flying Geese face the Stark County Rebels (Toulon, IL) in a Lincoln Trail game, on Tuesday, December 5. Wethersfield will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record.
