Arkansas High School Basketball - Cross County ripped by Rector

The Rector Cougars basketball team scored 65 points and held the host Cross County Thunderbirds to 44 in the Cougars league triumph on Monday.
The Cougars now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a 2A Region 3 contest on Thursday, December 7. Rector will meet a Rebels team coming off a 64-38 league win over Bay (Bay, AR). The Rebels record now stands at 8-3.
The Thunderbirds (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Bay (Bay, AR). The Yellowjackets enter the 2A Region 3 contest with a 2-10 record. In their last contest, Bay was routed by Riverside (Lake City, AR), 64-38, in a league contest.
