With the win, Atlantic Shores Christian upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Seahawks host Denbigh Baptist Christian (Newport News, VA) to play the Minutemen in a bout on Thursday, December 7. The Minutemen go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Denbigh Baptist Christian lost 51-34 in their recent league challenge against StoneBridge (Chesapeake, VA)

Next up, the Patriots confront the Isle of Wight Academy Chargers (Isle of Wight, VA) in a challenge, on Tuesday, December 5. Portsmouth Christian will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 43-7 non-league loss to Brunswick Academy (Lawrenceville, VA).
