The Cape Fear Christian Academy Eagles (Erwin, NC) basketball felled the visiting New Garden Friends Bears (Greensboro, NC), 50-30 in Monday's league test.
The Eagles (4-1) will now prepare for their test against Crossroads Christian (Henderson, NC). The Colts go into the test with a 2-2 record.
The Bears now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Lee Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. New Garden Friends will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 56-37 non-league loss to Thales Academy Rolesville (Rolesville, NC). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
