In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Rainier Beach Vikings basketball team scored a good 44-29 triumph over the Cleveland Eagles.
The Vikings (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Nathan Hale (Seattle, WA). The Raiders go into the 3A Metro contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Nathan Hale was toppled by Chief Sealth (Seattle, WA), 67-20, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles confront the Kent-Meridian Royals (Kent, WA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Cleveland will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Royals go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 91-3 league loss to Kentwood (Covington, WA).
