In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting East Texas Homeschool Sports Chargers basketball team scored a big 54-17 triumph over the King's Academy Knights.

The Chargers (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Beckville (Beckville, TX). The Bearcats enter the non-league match with a 2-6 record. In their last match, Beckville was overwhelmed by Union Grove (Gladewater, TX), 54-35, in a non-league match.

The Knights now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Athens Christian Preparatory Academy for a non-league match on Friday, December 5. King's Academy will face a Storm squad coming off a 32-29 non-league loss to Waxahachie Prep (Waxahachie, TX). The Storm record now stands at 1-4.
