The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Tripoli Panthers (Tripoli, IA) and the host West Central Blue Devils (Maynard, IA), observed Tripoli's basketball team overwhelm West Central by a score of 58-21.

The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Riceville (Riceville, IA). The Wildcats come into the Iowa Star battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Riceville was crushed by Dunkerton (Dunkerton, IA), 75-14, in a league battle.

The Blue Devils now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clayton-Ridge for a Upper Iowa battle on Friday, December 5.
