Texas High School Basketball - Cumberland Academy ripped by Pine Tree

The Pine Tree Pirates basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Cumberland Academy Knights to 27 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Monday.
The Pirates now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sabine for a non-league contest on Friday, December 9. Pine Tree will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 62-40 non-league loss to Atlanta (Atlanta, TX). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-7.
The Knights (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against All Saints Episcopal (Tyler, TX). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, All Saints Episcopal was routed by New Summerfield (New Summerfield, TX), 53-46, in a non-league contest.
