Desert Chapel Eagles (Palm Springs, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Weaver Monarchs (Murrieta, CA), 46-17 in a league bout.

With the win, Desert Chapel upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Eagles travel to Noli Indian (San Jacinto, CA) to clash with the Braves in a Victory bout on Thursday, December 8. The Braves go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Noli Indian lost 47-15 in their recent league bout against Palm Valley (Rancho Mirage, CA)

Next up, the Monarchs clash with the Palm Valley FIREBIRDS (Rancho Mirage, CA) in a Victory bout, on Thursday, December 15. Weaver will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
