The Donoho Falcons basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Tarrant Wildcats to 40 in the Falcons non-league victory on Monday.
The Falcons now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gaylesville for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Donoho will battle a Trojans team coming off a 55-48 league loss to Cedar Bluff (Cedar Bluff, AL). The Trojans record now stands at 0-7.
The Wildcats (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Grove (Bessemer, AL). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Oak Grove dropped by Tuscaloosa Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL), 66-30, in a non-league contest.
