Galena Bears (Galena, MO) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Greenfield Wildcats (Greenfield, MO), 59-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Galena upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Bears host Cassville (Cassville, MO) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Cassville won 52-41 in their recent non-league bout against Purdy (Purdy, MO)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Stockton Tigers (Stockton, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Greenfield will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 74-33 non-league loss to Southern Missouri RUSH (Springfield, MO).
