New York High School Basketball - Watertown crushes Carthage

December 5, 2022: Watertown, NY 13601

Watertown Cyclones (Watertown, NY) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Carthage Comets (Carthage, NY), 48-17 in a league bout.

With the win, Watertown upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cyclones travel to Indian River (Philadelphia, NY) to play the Warriors in a Section 3 Frontier B bout on Friday, December 9. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 2-0. Indian River won 57-25 in their recent league bout against South Jefferson (Adams, NY)

Next up, the Comets play the Mexico Tigers (Mexico, NY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Carthage will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
