Indio Rajahs (Indio, CA) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Palm Springs Indians (Palm Springs, CA), 36-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Indio upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Rajahs travel to Yucca Valley (Yucca Valley, CA) to play the Trojans in a Desert Valley bout on Tuesday, December 6. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Yucca Valley won 71-21 in their recent non-league bout against Redlands East Valley (Redlands, CA)

Next up, the Indians play the Marymount Sailors (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Palm Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
