    • West Virginia High School Basketball - Oak Hill nudges Nicholas County

    December 5, 2022: Oak Hill, WV 25901

    Oak Hill Red Devils (Oak Hill, WV) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Nicholas County Grizzlies (Summersville, WV), 51-46 in a non-league bout.

    With the win, Oak Hill upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Red Devils host Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV) to clash with the Spartans in a Freelance bout on Wednesday, December 21. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 3-0.

    Next up, the Grizzlies clash with the Lewis County Minutemen (Weston, WV) in a Big Ten bout, on Wednesday, December 7. Nicholas County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Minutemen go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 71-70 non-league win over Sissonville (Charleston, WV).
