Macon-East Montgomery Academy Knights (Cecil, AL) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Autauga Academy Generals (Prattville, AL), 40-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Macon-East Montgomery Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Knights travel to Ezekiel Academy (Montgomery, AL) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 17. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 9-1.

Next up, the Generals play the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles (Hoover, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 6. Autauga Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 43-37 non-league loss to Autauga Academy (Prattville, AL).
