With the victory, Althoff Catholic improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Maryville Christian (Maryville, IL) to confront the Lions in a Gateway challenge on Friday, December 8. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Maryville Christian won 41-37 in their recent non-league challenge against First Baptist Academy (O'Fallon, IL)

Next up, the Silver Stallions confront the Father McGivney Catholic Griffins (Glen Carbon, IL) in a Gateway challenge, on Friday, December 8. Christ Our Rock Lutheran will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 56-32 league loss to Marquette Catholic (Alton, IL).
