Berkmar Patriots (Lilburn, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host North Gwinnett Bulldogs (Suwanee, GA), 64-56 in a league bout.

With the win, Berkmar upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Patriots host Norcross (Norcross, GA) to play the Blue Devils in a AAAAAAA Region 7 bout on Friday, December 8. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Norcross won 74-49 in their recent league bout against Duluth (Duluth, GA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Discovery Titans (Lawrenceville, GA) in a AAAAAAA Region 7 bout, on Friday, December 8. North Gwinnett will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 65-39 league loss to Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA).
