Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Jackson Day Mariners (Charlotte, NC), 77-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bradford Prep upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 6. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Piedmont Community Charter lost 66-46 in their recent non-league bout against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC)

Next up, the Mariners play the Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 7. Jackson Day will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 66-56 non-league win over North Gaston (Dallas, NC).
