The Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs basketball team (Hector, MN), was toppled 69-50 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Cedar Mountain Cougars (Morgan, MN)

The Cougars now possess a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a A Section 2 battle on Friday, December 8.

The Mustangs (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City (Grove City, MN). The Falcons come into the A Section 2 battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City was toppled by New London-Spicer (New London, MN), 72-57, in a non-league battle.
