The Van Buren Bulldogs (Van Buren, MO) basketball nipped the host Bunker Eagles (Bunker, MO), 45-41 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bulldogs (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Ash Grove (Ash Grove, MO). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 3-1 record.

The Eagles now own a 4-2 record. They play next when they host Southern Reynolds for a Black River test on Tuesday, December 12.
