Cheltenham Panthers (Wyncote, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host New Hope-Solebury Lions (New Hope, PA), 73-27 in a league bout.

With the win, Cheltenham upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Panthers host Lower Moreland (Huntingdon Valley, PA) to clash with the Lions in a Suburban One - American bout on Friday, December 8. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Lower Moreland won 52-51 in their recent non-league bout against Conwell-Egan Catholic (Fairless Hills, PA)

Next up, the Lions clash with the Phelps Lions (Malvern, PA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 6. New Hope-Solebury will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 8-1 record after their 67-63 league win over The City School (Philadelphia, PA).
