The Clarke County Bulldogs (Grove Hill, AL) basketball knocked off the visiting Marengo Panthers (Dixons Mills, AL), 52-39 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Shields (Beatrice, AL). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Shields notched a victory over W.S. Neal (East Brewton, AL), 41-29, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host University Charter for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. Marengo will encounter a Trail Blazers squad coming off a 51-50 non-league loss to Gordo (Gordo, AL). The Trail Blazers record now stands at 0-7.
