The Montcalm Generals knocked off the host Eastern Montgomery Mustangs basketball squad by a margin of 61-53 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Generals (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Greater Beckley Christian (Prosperity, WV). The Crusaders go into the West Virginia Christian - AA test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Greater Beckley Christian notched a victory over Mercer Christian Academy (Princeton, WV), 56-52, in a non-league test.
The Mustangs now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Rural Retreat for a non-league test on Thursday, December 7. Eastern Montgomery will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 66-48 non-league loss to Fort Chiswell (Max Meadows, VA). The Indians record now stands at 2-3.
