The Egyptian Pharaohs basketball team (Tamms, IL), was toppled 66-52 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Shawnee Redskins (Wolf Lake, IL)
The Redskins now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Meridian for a South Egyptian battle on Thursday, December 7. Shawnee will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 59-55 non-league win over Trigg County (Cadiz, KY). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-2.
The Pharaohs (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Dongola (Dongola, IL). The Demons come into the South Egyptian battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Dongola was toppled by Joppa-Maple Grove (Joppa, IL), 74-48, in a league battle.
