The Kimball Longhorns routed the visiting Garden County Eagles basketball team by a final score of 77-49 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Longhorns now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perkins County for a non-league battle on Friday, December 8. Kimball will confront a Plainsmen team coming off a 63-44 non-league win over Haxtun (Haxtun, CO). The Plainsmen record now stands at 1-2.

The Eagles (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Morrill (Morrill, NE). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Morrill was overwhelmed by Hay Springs (Hay Springs, NE), 47-36, in a non-league battle.
