Texas High School Basketball - Pinkston thwarts Grapevine

The Pinkston Vikings (Dallas, TX) basketball knocked off the host Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX), 62-42 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Vikings (4-7) will now prepare for their test against ILTexas Arlington (Arlington, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, ILTexas Arlington notched a victory over International Leadership of Texas Lancaster-DeSoto (DeSoto, TX), 57-16, in a league test.

The Mustangs now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Lake Ridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12. Grapevine will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 62-46 non-league win over Ryan (Denton, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.
