North Carolina High School Basketball - Heide Trask overwhelms Richlands

December 5, 2023: Richlands, NC 28574

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Heide Trask Titans (Rocky Point, NC) and the host Richlands Wildcats (Richlands, NC), saw Heide Trask's basketball squad wallop Richlands by a count of 71-48.

With the victory, Heide Trask upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Titans host North Brunswick (Leland, NC) to play the Scorpions in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Scorpions come into the challenge with a record of 6-0. North Brunswick won 88-54 in their recent non-league challenge against Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Pender Patriots (Burgaw, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 6. Richlands will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 70-48 non-league loss to Laney (Wilmington, NC).
