The Ludlow Panthers basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Heritage Academy Eagles to 67 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calvary Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Ludlow will meet a Cougars team coming off a 85-63 non-league loss to Bellevue (Bellevue, KY). The Cougars record now stands at 0-2.

The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Dayton (Dayton, KY). The Greendevils enter the non-league contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Dayton was nudged by Villa Madonna (Covington, KY), 43-36, in a non-league contest.
