The John Adams Spartans (Ozone Park, NY) basketball knocked off the host Richmond Hill Lions (Richmond Hill, NY), 75-56 in Tuesday's league test.

The Spartans (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Lane (Brooklyn, NY). The Knights go into the PSAL AAA Queens II test with a 2-0 record. In their last test, Lane notched a victory over Metropolitan (Bronx, NY), 94-52, in a non-league test.

The Lions now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bayside for a non-league test on Friday, December 8. Richmond Hill will encounter a Commodores squad coming off a 43-32 league win over Flushing (Flushing, NY). The Commodores record now stands at 1-1.
