Georgia High School Basketball - Warner Robins tipped by Jones County

December 5, 2023: Gray, GA 31032

The Jones County Greyhounds basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Warner Robins Demons to 71 in the Greyhounds league triumph on Tuesday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northside for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 7. Jones County will meet a Eagles team coming off a 72-58 non-league loss to Bleckley County (Cochran, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-3.

The Demons (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Eagle's Landing (McDonough, GA). The Eagles enter the AAAAA Region 2 contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Eagle's Landing was nudged by Dutchtown (Hampton, GA), 53-47, in a league contest.
