Lyon County Lyons (Eddyville, KY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Livingston Central Cardinals (Smithland, KY), 109-58 in a league bout.

With the win, Lyon County upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Lyons host Trigg County (Cadiz, KY) to play the Wildcats in a District 5 bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Cardinals play the Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Livingston Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
