In Tuesday's league outing, the Mitchell County Eagles (Camilla, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Stewart County Royal Knights (Lumpkin, GA), by a margin of 77-28.

The Eagles (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Quitman County (Georgetown, GA). The Hornets go into the A D2 Region 1 outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Quitman County was trounced by Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA), 70-23, in a league outing.

The Royal Knights now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Miller County for a A D2 Region 1 outing on Friday, December 8. Stewart County will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 66-59 league win over Randolph-Clay (Cuthbert, GA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-2.
