The Mountain View Yellowjackets basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Walnut Ridge Bobcats to 56 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Mountain View will meet a Rebels team coming off a 64-37 non-league loss to Izard County (Brockwell, AR). The Rebels record now stands at 5-2.

The Bobcats (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Salem (Salem, AR). The Greyhounds enter the 3A Region 2 contest with a 0-4 record. In their last contest, Salem was nudged by Cave City (Cave City, AR), 61-39, in a league contest.
