The Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks basketball team scored 68 points and held the host White County Central Bears to 56 in the Warhawks league triumph on Tuesday.

The Warhawks now sport a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Izard County for a 2A Region 2 contest on Friday, December 8. Mt. Vernon-Enola will battle a Cougars team coming off a 64-37 non-league win over Highland (Hardy, AR). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.

The Bears (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Marshall (Marshall, AR). The Bobcats enter the 2A Region 2 contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Marshall was defeated by Izard County (Brockwell, AR), 70-63, in a league contest.
