The National Christian Academy Eagles basketball team (Fort Washington, MD), was nudged 68-61 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Shabach Christian Academy Blue Eagles (Landover, MD)
The Eagles now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Springdale Prep for a Metro Private battle on Thursday, December 7. Shabach Christian Academy Blue will battle a Lions team coming off a 74-49 league loss to Mt. Zion Prep Academy (Lanham, MD). The Lions record now stands at 6-1.
The Eagles (0-4) will now prepare for their battle against Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Crusaders come into the Metro Private battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Riverdale Baptist edged New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, MD), 93-53, in a league battle.
