The Plainfield Central Wildcats (Plainfield, IL) basketball knocked off the host Joliet Central Steelmen (Joliet, IL), 57-48 in Tuesday's league test.
The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Plainfield South (Plainfield, IL). The Cougars go into the test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Plainfield South went down by Crete-Monee (Crete, IL), 41-29, in a non-league test.
The Steelmen now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to West Aurora for a test on Tuesday, January 9.
