The Solon Springs Eagles basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Bayfield Trollers to 15 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Shore for a Northern Lights contest on Friday, December 8. Solon Springs will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 52-25 league win over Mercer (Mercer, WI). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-0.

The Trollers (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hurley (Hurley, WI). The Northstars enter the Northern Lights contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Hurley was routed by Drummond (Drummond, WI), 46-39, in a league contest.
