The Bethlehem Central Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Columbia Blue Devils to 61 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Albany for a Section 2 Suburban contest on Friday, December 8. Bethlehem Central will battle a Falcons team coming off a 53-41 league win over Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 1-0.

The Blue Devils (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Colonie Central (Albany, NY). The Raiders come into the Section 2 Suburban contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Colonie Central was nudged by Cardinal O'Hara (Tonawanda, NY), 65-59, in a non-league contest.
