Brentwood War Eagles (Sandersville, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Bulloch Academy Gators (Statesboro, GA), 58-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Brentwood upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The War Eagles host Thomas Jefferson Academy (Louisville, GA) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 7. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Thomas Jefferson Academy won 49-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Augusta Prep Day (Augusta, GA)

Next up, the Gators confront the Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders (Lyons, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 7. Bulloch Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 49-39 non-league loss to Edmund Burke Academy (Waynesboro, GA).
