The Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC) basketball crushed the host Carson Cougars (China Grove, NC), 55-9 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their test against South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Raiders go into the 3A South Piedmont test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, South Rowan was trounced by Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 50-42, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Central Cabarrus for a 3A South Piedmont test on Friday, December 8. Carson will encounter a Vikings squad coming off a 51-11 non-league win over Hopewell (Huntersville, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 4-1.
