The Clarendon Lions (Clarendon, AR) basketball knocked off the visiting Marvell Mustangs (Marvell, AR), 10-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Lions (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Brinkley (Brinkley, AR). The Tigers go into the 1A Region 5 test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Brinkley notched a victory over Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR), 57-14, in a league test.
The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Midland for a 1A Region 5 test on Friday, December 8. Marvell will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 57-14 league loss to Brinkley (Brinkley, AR). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-4.
