Iowa High School Basketball - Pekin knocked off by Columbus

The Columbus Wildcats basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Pekin Panthers to 35 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wapello for a SEI - North contest on Tuesday, December 12.
The Panthers (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Highland (Riverside, IA). The Huskies enter the SEI - North contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Highland ran past Louisa-Muscatine (Letts, IA), 31-21, in a league contest.
