The Geneva Vikings basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Lake Park Lancers to 28 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glenbard North for a DuKane contest on Friday, December 8. Geneva will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-19 league loss to Wheaton-Warrenville South (Wheaton, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 0-8.

The Lancers (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Willowbrook (Villa Park, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Willowbrook triumphed over Proviso East (Maywood, IL), 53-42, in a league contest.
