Nebraska High School Basketball - Sutton topples Heartland

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Sutton Mustangs (Sutton, NE) basketball squad beat the host Heartland Huskies (Henderson, NE), by a margin of 42-30.

The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against McCool Junction (McCool Junction, NE). The Mustangs go into the non-league outing with a 2-1 record. In their last outing, McCool Junction defeated High Plains (Polk, NE), 61-24, in a non-league outing.

The Huskies now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Giltner for a non-league outing on Friday, December 8. Heartland will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 31-20 non-league win over Elba (Elba, NE). The Hornets record now stands at 2-0.
