The Heber Springs Panthers basketball team scored 69 points and held the host Lonoke Jackrabbits to 40 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robinson for a 4A Region 5 game on Friday, December 8. Heber Springs will face a Senators team coming off a 64-28 league loss to Clinton (Clinton, AR). The Senators record now stands at 2-6.

With the defeat, Lonoke moves to 4-4 on the year. The Jackrabbits travel to Springdale (Springdale, AR) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Friday, December 8. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 4-1. Springdale lost 62-59 in their recent non-league game against Russellville (Russellville, AR)
